REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON JANUARY 1!
Registration Fee: The registration fee for the Stitcher's Hideaway Sturbridge Retreat is $475 and includes class instruction by Jeannette Douglas, the Patriotic Sampler kit, fun pack, chances for door prizes, and wonderful meals at the famous Publick House (lunch & dinner on both Wednesday & Thursday). A deposit of $150 must be submitted at the time of registration, and final payment of $325 is due by June 1, 2013 in order to retain your spot in the class. You may pay your balance in increments if you would like.
Your Registration form and deposit should be received by June 1, 2013 in order to allow adequate time for our instructor to prepare a project kit for you. She will make every reasonable effort to accommodate and provide kits for additional students who wish to register later, but cannot guarantee that any students can be added. Payment may be made by check or money order in U.S. funds (foreign checks are not acceptable due to excessive processing fees) payable to “Stitcher's Hideaway”, or you may use PayPal for credit card or other e-payments. Note: If you are concerned about reserving your spot at the retreat, feel free to make a quick payment by PayPal or send me an email to let me know that your registration form and deposit are on the way by mail. Paying by check or money order helps to keep registration fees lower for all since Stitcher’s Hideaway is charged a service fee for all Paypal transactions. If you send in your deposit by PayPal, please consider sending in your remaining balance by check. Thanks!
Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis - sorry, no exceptions. All registrations MUST include telephone number. Confirmations will be sent within three weeks of receipt of registration form and deposit. If you have any questions, please contact Sue at Stitcher's Hideaway.
