Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic

Registration is $385 and includes lunch and dinner each day.  A deposit of $100 is due at the time of registration, with the balance of $285 due by November 28, 2023.  Registration is limited to 20 attendees.

Registration does not include lodging. You must make lodging arrangements separately.  You are not required to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic (but it’s wonderful!!). 

Payment may be made by check or money order in U.S. funds (foreign checks are not acceptable due to excessive processing fees), or you may use PayPal.  Make check or money order payable to “Stitcher's Hideaway.” Complete form, print out and mail with payment to:    Jen Cane, 9 Edith Road, Vernon, CT 06066.

If you prefer to use the PayPal payment option, return to the home page for instructions. If you are using Paypal, your completed registration form below must still be received.  You may block and copy this form into an email to send it to StitchersHideaway@outlook.com.

Registration Policies:
- Registrations will be processed in order of date and time received.  All registrations MUST include at least one telephone number.
- Confirmations will be sent by email as registrations are received.  Please read and sign below or form will be returned to you, delaying your registration.

Cancellation Policy for the 2023 Memories in Mystic Retreat
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing (email accepted).  Refunds will be given only after the retreat is held.   Please be aware that there will be no refunds for cancellations that occur after November 28, 2023.   If the retreat is canceled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.
